APCO-(Association of Public Safety Communications Officials) is the world’s oldest and largest professional organization dedicated to the enhancement of public communications. Some of their members we service are:

Every year, APCO receives thousands of nominations from their members for individuals whose responsibilities of “Excellence” in service and knowledge exceeded their expectations.

Director of Midland County Central Dispatch, Lisa Hall, has nominated not one, but two of our Anderson Radio service technicians, Paul Filiczkowski (18 yrs of service), along with Paul Bierlein (40 yrs of service) both are ETA Certified. Their nominations earned them their award of “APCO Technician of the Year” for 2013. Both were recognized for their knowledge on communication systems and equipment, their experience on “state of the art” equipment repair, radio transmitting and receiving equipment and their ability to coordinate operations with many different agencies. Their dedication to Excellence and demonstrating knowledge, flexibility and compassion for the customer is the difference that set them apart from the rest.

I would like to pass along a Christmas wish to all of you at Anderson Radio and especially those that are working on my radio system. I know that I can be a little hard to live with but each and every one of you have lived up to my standards. I am "Impressed" with the effort and the work that is currently being done on our new system. Not only do we have quality equipment but we have the best of installations as well. In watching your people put things together, the explanations that I get, and the discussions in set-up, only lead me to believe that we have the right people doing our work. I look to your people for answers to my questions and in terms that I can understand and you always come through. I also lean on Jeff Gee who talks your kind language for answers as well.
